About

I'm Eliška Krajsa

How it began

The path to education

I came to education by a detour through law.

While studying law, I joined the Law into Schools programme, where we brought legal topics closer to students through experiential learning.

After my studies I spent several years at a Dutch law firm. Over time, I realised I was less interested in practising law than in helping people understand complex ideas.

That eventually led me into education.

A professional turning point

Experience from The Hague

At The Hague University of Applied Sciences, I worked on competency-based education at both programme and curriculum level.

I co-led the redesign of a degree programme, created and coordinated the year-long Global Awareness and Professional Development module, taught legal skills, and led a team of study coaches.

This experience confirmed my belief that learning has the greatest impact when it develops real competencies, connects theory with practice, and is grounded in authentic situations.
