If you contact me through the form or by e-mail, I process the data you provide to me. I use this data only to handle your enquiry, discuss a potential collaboration, and for follow-up communication — that is, to take steps towards a potential collaboration or on the basis of my legitimate interest in replying to your message.

If we begin working together, I also process the data needed to carry out the engagement, keep accounts, and fulfil other legal obligations. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and the obligations imposed on me by law.

I publish testimonials or photographs only with the consent of the people concerned.

If you allow analytics cookies, data about your use of the website is also processed in order to measure traffic and improve the site. The legal basis is your consent.

Data from initial enquiries I keep for at most one year, unless collaboration follows.

Data related to collaboration I keep for its duration and afterwards for the period necessary to protect legal claims and fulfil legal obligations.

Data published on the basis of consent I process until that consent is withdrawn.
